エクイニクス、情報基盤復興のためにIXポート追加を無償提供
この度の東北地方太平洋沖地震により被災された方々、ご家族の皆様に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。加えて余震や原子力発電所事故の影響が続いておりますが、被災地の一刻も早い復興をお祈り申し上げます。
さて、すでにご報告させていただいた通り、弊社のTY1/TY2 IBXセンターは、震災後も平常通り安定運用しておりますが、報道等では、通信海底ケーブル設備に影響があったことが報じられております。そのため、弊社では、日本の情報基盤の早期復旧のために、下記のお手伝いをさせていただくことといたしました。
1. Equinix Exchange上のサービスプラットフォームにおいて、他のサービスプロバイダーとのバイラテラルVLAN接続をご希望の場合、短納期、かつ無償にてご提供させていただきます。
2. お客様のサービス復旧において、さらなる対応が必要な場合、追加のポート、または、1ギガから10ギガポートへのアップグレードを無料で12ヶ月間ご提供いたします。
